DR AMIRRUDIN KAMSIN, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Title : AUGMENTED REALITY AND SERIOUS GAMES FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

BIO:AMIRRUDIN KAMSIN is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, and the Acting Director and Deputy Director (ODL and Professional Programme) at the University of Malaya Centre for Continuing Education (UMCCed), University of Malaya, Malaysia. He received his BIT (Management) in 2001 and MSc in Computer Animation in 2002 from University of Malaya and Bournemouth University, UK respectively. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science from University College London (UCL) in 2014. His research areas include human-computer interaction (HCI), authentication systems, e-learning, mobile applications, serious game, augmented reality and mobile health services.

Professor Sean Eom Southeast Missouri State University, USA 

Title : Adaptive learning: An Introduction,  and Its Effects on Students’ Learning Outcomes 

BIO : Sean Eom is a Professor Emeritus of Management Information Systems (MIS) at the Harrison College of Business of Southeast Missouri State University. He received his Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He also received an MS in international business from the University of South Carolina at Columbia. Title : Intelligent Computing Techniques for Smart Digital Healthcare Systems.

BIO : Abdel-Badeeh M. Salem is a full Professor of Computer Science since1989 at Ain Shams University, Egypt. His research includes biomedical informatics, big data analytics, intelligent education and learning systems, information mining, knowledge engineering and Biometrics. Founder of the Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering Research Labs, Ain Sham University, Egypt& Chairman of Working Group on Bio-Medical Informatics, ISfTeH, Belgium He has published around 650 papers (115 of them in Scopus). He has been involved in more than 600 Int Confs and Workshops as; a keynote and plenary speaker, member of Program Committees , Workshop/ Session  organizer , Session Chair and  Tutorials.. In addition he was a member of many Int societies. In addition he is a member of the Editorial Board of 50 Int and national Journals. Also, He is member of many Int. Scientific Societies and associations, elected member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences, Greece. Member of Alma Mater  Europaea of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Belgrade and European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Austria.

Title : Probabilistic Computing and Quantum Machine Learning

BIO: Dr. Tolga Ensari is an assistant professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science, Arkansas Tech University, AR. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Istanbul University in 2009. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Louisville, KY in 2012, 2014, and 2019. His research interests are machine learning, deep learning, and pattern recognition. He has published more than 70 scientific articles, book chapters and has been cited more than 500 times in the literature. He founded a machine learning research lab and he has 20+ years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Dr. Ensari also completed many scientific research projects in machine learning and was awarded the international successful researcher. His work has been supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (Tubitak), and the Council of Higher Education. He has been serving as a reviewer and a committee member for several scientific journals and conferences including Nature, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Neurocomputing, Cambridge University Press, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Neural Networks, Neural Computing and Applications, PLOS and Current Bioinformatics. He is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and has three patents.
